Returns

We accept returns of first orders within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent to our warehouse without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@frankynu.com or via our live chat in the bottom right corner of your screen. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions.


Return Shipping

For first-order returns covered under our money-back guarantee, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. For all other returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), return shipping is also covered by us. Returns must be sent using the label provided — we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking or prior approval.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Subscriptions

For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged, as we begin preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your payment is processed and the order is in progress at our warehouse, it will not be eligible for a refund. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@frankynu.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@frankynu.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under our standard policy: repeat or subscription orders (see Subscriptions above), promotional or free gift items, and items returned without prior approval from our team.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If you've done so and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@frankynu.com and we will look into it.
