Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
By placing a pre-order with Franky Nutrition, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Pre-Order and Estimated Shipping Date
Franky Nutrition Inc. may make products available for pre-order when a product is temporarily out of stock.
When you place a pre-order, your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. By completing your order, you expressly authorize Franky Nutrition Inc. to charge your provided payment method at that time.
The estimated shipping date for your pre-ordered item will be shown on the product page and included in your order confirmation email. Please note that this date is an estimate only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. The estimated ship date may change due to production schedules, supplier availability, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will keep you informed of any updates to your shipment status via email.
Any modifications you request to a pre-order after it has been placed (such as address changes or product changes) may result in a revised shipping date and/or additional shipping fees at your expense.
Cancellation and Refund
If you change your mind after placing a pre-order, you have 7 days from the date the order was placed to request a full refund to your original payment method. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@frankynu.com or through our contact page.
After the 7-day window has passed, pre-orders are no longer eligible for cancellation unless a shipping delay applies (see Shipping Delays below).
Franky Nutrition Inc. reserves the right to cancel any pre-order at its discretion (a "Discretionary Cancellation"). In the event of a Discretionary Cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Delays
Franky Nutrition Inc. will make every effort to ship your pre-order on or before the estimated shipping date. In some cases, orders may ship in multiple batches.
If your pre-order has not shipped within 14 days of the original estimated shipping date, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund to your original payment method. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@frankynu.com.
We will notify you by email as soon as we become aware of any significant delay. If we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be processed automatically with no action required on your part.
Refunds
If you cancel your pre-order within the 7-day window, or if Franky Nutrition Inc. cancels your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.
Customer Responsibilities
When placing a pre-order, you are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information and for keeping that information current. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide at checkout is valid and actively monitored, including your spam or junk folder, as pre-order updates and delay notifications will be sent to that address.
Franky Nutrition Inc. accepts no responsibility for failed deliveries or missed communications resulting from inaccurate or outdated contact or shipping information.
You may update your shipping address at any time before your order ships by contacting us at support@frankynu.com. We cannot redirect shipments after they have been picked up by the carrier.
Limitation of Liability
Franky Nutrition Inc. is not liable for any losses or damages arising from delays in shipment, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Pre-order shipping estimates are provided in good faith and are subject to change.
